I came here referred from Carmax, they diagnosed my issues in one day, and fixed them in one day. Great customer service, warranty was upheld through Carmax whoch i was worried about since I got service done outside of Carmax. Nice receptionist, they texted me as soon as my car was done & took me on a test drive to confirm all issues were fixed before I drove off the lot. I will be coming back!

Knowledgeable and professional. Completed all the necessary work on my AC repair. Met with me to discuss what was happening and how it was replaced. Received a full detailed report about repairs upon completion. I really appreciated that report and the honesty shown. Explained to me how their AC machine discovered that another shop put in wrong Freon in that could’ve caused more damage. We have found our new trustworthy repair shop and referring to all our friends and family.

Had a great experience at C&A. Wonderful, friendly people. They let me know what was going on with my car, and explained to me what the issue was. My car needed a new transmission the first go around with my extended warranty. Then my car need a catalytic converter, flex pipe, gasket, and spark replacement after my trip I had, they took care of the issue.
